Over the weekend illegal dumping of garbage and brush materials took place at the City’s Compost Site. Only compostable materials such as grass clippings, weeds, and dirt should be left at the site on Old Darlington Road.  Brush should be taken to the burn site behind the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.  Unauthorized waste dumping may result in the site being limited to only being open during regular hours during the week.
