Open Book and Board of Review Have Been Scheduled for the City of Mineral Point

 

The Assessor for the City of Mineral Point, Stephen Mahlik, Equity Appraisal, will hold a scheduled Open Book meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.  He can be contacted at (608) 826-0009 and at [email protected] to answer questions and/or to schedule a time to meet in person or virtually.

The Board of Review is scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, 2025 starting at 4:00 PM. Please notify the Clerk on or before 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 if you intend to file an objection for the Board of Review to consider. It is preferred that you submit completed objection forms (including your calculation of the value of your property in question) by the deadline above so the Assessor can adequately prepare in advance; however, completed objection forms can be submitted as late as 6:00 p.m. on May 28, 2025.
