City Hall Temporarily Closed: Mineral Point City Hall will be temporarily closed to the public effective Thursday, March 19 at 9:00 a.m., with the exception of voting activities.   For voter registration, please call City Hall and we will email a form to you with instructions.   For Absentee voting, you may request a ballot at or you may in person vote by appointment only, starting March 23rd.   All City departments will continue to provide essential services to residents while limiting in-person interaction in efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Staff will be available to answer phones and respond to emails during the regularly scheduled hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Most business can be conducted electronically via email at [email protected], [email protected], or by phone (608) 987-2361.   A drop box is also available outside City Hall to drop off utility payments, dog license applications, etc.   City officials are taking these steps as a precaution and for the health and safety of staff and the community. Redevelopment Opportunity Available in Former City Garage

The City of Mineral Point, Wisconsin is inviting Requests for Proposals for the redevelopment of a key corridor within the City. The project includes 411 Fountain Street and 412 Fountain Street, bounded by Fountain Street to the West, South Street to the East and lot 410 and lot 413 on either side.
